Do not trust anyone but yourself to have properly assembled, adjusted, built, modified, improved, field-tested, tweaked, sighted-in, or installed any firearm or firearm related part or piece.
Whether it was supposedly tapped, torqued, screwed, glued, leveled, beveled, chamfered or changed. Whether loctited, tack-welded, pinned, pinged, set screwed or shimmed. Whether headspaced, hand-built, double measured, triple checked, custom made or custom fit, chances are if it's not coming from a reputable company with a dedicated customer service department, it may not function properly and there's nothing you can do, except do it over again, which may or may not include a machinist, a bunch of cash, a headache and/or bodily injury.
