Quality 14.5" CHF Nitride Barrel ?

I've been looking for a quality 14.5" 5.56 mid-length CHF barrel with a nitride finish, but can't seem to find one.
All I'm seeing are chrome lined with a phosphate/parkerized finish. But I would like nitride bath instead.

Anyone know of anything still in production that fits the bill? Preferably with a medium profile. Not pencil or heavy.

That does sound like a tough combo to find. The one that comes to mind is the Ruger MPR barrels, but I don’t know if they came in 14.5 or if you can even buy them separately.

The new Aero Precision CHF barrels are nitrided, granted they only offer a 12.5, 13.7, and 16" currently

Ah! That is interesting. I didn't know Aero/BA was making CHF barrels now. I will keep an eye on them for sure.
I did find one from Alpha Shooting Sports, but never heard of / used their stuff before.

Geissele has them in their complete rifles, not sure if they sell them independently. They offer both nitride and chromed options but both are CHF.
