So what happens when you hook it up to an aquarium pump?😂🤣
I was actually wondering if they built in a clause that would prevent Ransom from “exploiting” the technology to create the next faux-auto trigger, since there are a handful of them now.

Why would the VA BUY this?
The agreement, finalized on June 22, allows Ransom to commercialize a patent-pending “puff trigger” invented by Seth Hills, an engineer at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia.
Sounds like Hills invented it at the VA, so they are claiming some "ownership" of the idea. Ransom will "commercialize" - i.e. sell the heck out of it for $$ - and the VA wants its cut.
