I’ve got a stupid question (yes, there are stupid questions). I’m probably just paranoid.
If you file an additional claim, can they re-examine your earlier stuff and reduce your rating ? I’m very happy with my rating, and don’t want to do anything to risk what they already gave me.

Nobody is answering since we have zero idea WTF you are talking about. A little context or detail may help.

Edit - Just noticed this is a Vet thread, so maybe I am the only one that has no idea what you are talking about. Carry on!

I know what you’re referring to but can’t give an answer. Might be worth checking with one of the disabled veterans groups, they specialize in this stuff.

Thanks, gents. I just wondered if I'm happy with my rating if I would want to take a chance and have it reduced if I filed any more claims. If I can find an answer, I'll post it.

We are referring to the VA aren’t we, you?

I believe it is possible @xtp308 but damn near impossible from what I have been told.

Unless they prove that YOU were intentionally deceptive and misleading in a previous claim they have no reason to even look in that direction, never mind make an adjustment.

I’d worry less about that and more about getting run over by a truck.🤣

Yes, I'm talking about the VA disability rating.
Your answer makes sense, I'm probably just being paranoid. I just have a healthy mistrust of USG and don't want to give them the opportunity to 'screw me over'.

Which they will do first chance they get. They will unplug your life support to charge their cell phone. I would tread carefully.

Yes an no, mostly no
