Wife has a friend from high school that tours with them for a living. She doesn’t do this show though. They make and sell jewelry. Get to pick anywhere you want to live in the off-season and park the RV. That’s the time they make a bulk of their product. The girl’s mom thought it sounded like fun so many years ago she sold her house and bought a truck and camper trailer and does the same thing. Funny thing is they don’t tour together, but do occasionally meet up.
It’s a whole different fair during regular hours than when the schools send groups. Even the stuff for sale is different…or at least according to the people mentioned above. They only put out the cheap jewelry when all the kids are there.
The leather armor was absolutely amazing! I geeked out a bit on it. Could have spent a long time just looking around that booth. Did manage to talk to another leather vendor towards the back.
