What's the prevailing preference for classified listings involving multiple items -- break them out or list them together?

Specific example:

I'm getting ready to list two firearms -- an AR-9 carbine and an AR-9 pistol. Each has an optic installed. I could list them as 4 individual items, as two separate sets, or as a mix-and-match under one title.

I'm not asking what I should do ... I'm asking if there's any way that you prefer things listed and more importantly if there's a method you'd really rather I not use.

Thanks!

There’s no particular rule, do whatever you feel comfortable with.

that said, I personally find it easier to keep track of separate ads rather than multiple items in a single ad

What he said^^^^^^

Id put the pistol and carbine in two seperate ads.
Post a price in each with and without optic.
If firearms sell without optics, just list them later.
But, thats just me.

I can do that. It did occur to me that someone might want the optic from the other -- hence my m&m thinking.
