A few 3" Model 10, 13, 64 and 65. The spurless 64 is a NY-1.

27" of barrel right there!
I really dont know why I like this. The first pistol I bought (way back in 2013) was a S&W 442. Traded it to a member here for a EOTech XPS-2. Recently got the Rhino just before Christmas. It is either going to be the last wheel gun or not
This is why I've given up collecting revolvers before even beginning. He owns them all!
I heard rumors he was looking to buy a used Brinks truck to use as a revolver safe. Not been around long myself but have read the old threads. I don't have any issue with @Prosecutor vacuuming up all the nice revolvers, as long as he practices "catch and release"

That's not what she told me.Y'all make @Prosecutor sound selfish. He's buying these for his daughter.

I have never owned an "L Frame." Yup, never. That could be your thing.
Really, like really? I’ve never owned an L frame either. Got no interest in them.
Python is same size and do have one of those.
Well, wouldn't mind picking up a 242 Ti (7 shot .38+P centennial).
But if the 242 .38 SPL temps you, maybe a 296 AirLite TI in 44 SPL! Made only from 1999-2001.
CD
Well maybe since @Prosecutor already has nearly all of the revolvers ever made he should seriously consider devising his own line of custom revolvers incorporating the best features. The new model could be simply called the Prosecutor. While he is busy with engineering and funding that project, we can be hunting for sloppy seconds on whatever other revolvers are left in the marketplace.
"The Prosecutor" would be an Airweight version of the Smith Model 73, built on the previously failed "C Frame." Of course, improved due to advances in metallurgy. It would be a 6 shot .38+P, a a available in blue or nickel. Each gun would ship with a Ahrends Goncalo Alves hideout boot grip AND rubber Hogue Bantams. It would come with fixed traditional sights or maybe a gold bead in the front sight ramp. It would have forged internals and the trigger face would be smooth and medium width. Oh hell, I guess it would also have to be a available in "chief's special," bodyguard, and centennial style. Shrouded hammer if I could only choose one. MSRP would be about $675.
To save money, I bake my own K Frames.

In my view, the Smith & Wesson 442 is one of the best all around CCW guns. It is lightweight (aluminum frame), reliable, and hold 5 rounds of .38 or .38+P (depending on "-" number). All can handle +P for carry.
The greater majority of 442 have blued carbon steel barrel and cylinder with matte black alloy frame. However, a few of the earliest "no dash" models had a matte nickel finish. These are made on the smaller original J frame (not J Magnum) and have forged internals. I found one [emoji4] ..... A matte nickel 442 (no dash) with matching box and docs. Here are some photos:
Thank goodness @Prosecutor already has this gun.
Otherwise, I'd have certainly had no chance of scooping one up. [emoji1]
