RIA bankruptcy?

Read on another forum that RIA/Armscor may be in bankruptcy. Anyone have any knowledge of this?

Armscor Precision, Inc. hasn’t filed a petition per PACER.

And answered
No armscor hasn't filed for bankruptcy.
Someone was upset that cs was slow .
Found a couple of court filings for two cases that involved armscor so they put 2and 2 together and got 5
Now the rumor mill has picked it up
