Been looking for a semi auto shotgun. Always overlooked the RIA VR80 figured it would be a jam o matic, anyone have any input? I really like the Benelli m4, Beretta 1301 and Mossberg 940 just not the price. Thanks
Already watched your videos. Kinda what got me leaning this way. ThanksI have one and love it. Just break it in using 1330 fps or higher and keep the slide locked when you're not using it for the first 3 or 4 weeks. I also have the VR60 and the VRBP-100. Same routine with the VR60, but my VRBP-100 has been great right out of the box. Check out my posts on them here and my videos on You Tube.
Yep. Definitely gonna do that.Another vote for the VR80. It’s even nicer when you ditch the awful grip/stock situation.
It is a commercial not mil spec buffer tube in there correct?Swapped mine with a Hogue grip and stock.
Yep, this is what I used:It is a commercial not mil spec buffer tube in there correct?
Roger that. Hope the gun works out good for you. I really like mine. Might just shoot it tomorrow.Thank you Mr. D
Correct. Tried 3 local shops before I realized nobody stocks commercial buffer tubes. Just ordered magpul. Feels like a different shotgun after. TBH I definitely sawed off the crossbar between the grip and stock while waiting for my stock to ship 🪚It is a commercial not mil spec buffer tube in there correct?
