So I got account funds from a purchase last March. I want to cash in the funds but cannot figure out how. I emailed Rugged before the holidays and again today asking for help.

Has anyone had account funds and successfully used them at checkout from their website? If so, please advise.

It is and that’s how I got the funds in my account. I can log in and see the money. Just can’t get it to apply to my cart.
 
I finally got through today.

The account credit is only good for non-Paragon (discounted) items. I get it, I guess…

For example I can pay $100 for a 4 pack of muzzle brakes to use with my can through the Paragon thing. OR, I can use my credit and buy one at $100. Now being logged out the mount I want isn’t even available to buy unless you are a member.

That’s one reason I dislike store credit promotions. Unfortunately they’re common for suppressor companies. If you’re giving me a credit for buying something else, there shouldn’t be any restrictions on what I can buy with that credit.

If the restriction isn’t disclosed in the terms and conditions of the promotion, I would press them on it. What do you have to lose?
 
Frustration level rising.

If I log in to access my funds, it automatically shows me the discounted items and no option to pay full price.

I cannot use account funds to buy a piston. Insane.
 
Ok. Logged out. Bought stuff and checked out. Had some left on account funds.

Logged in to buy muzzle devices. Loaded cart and then went to check out. It let me apply balance. Which was never an option before!!!

Either way… Piston and muzzle devices are in the way in two orders.
 
Their website sucks for sure. I’ve been trying to get to the “level 2 Paragon” for awhile now. Registered on my phone and tried a couple times on a computer, no luck yet.

I had issues registering my second one. I believe you have to register 2 under tier 1.

Did I read somewhere you have an oculus? Might add one to the collection soon.

Took me a few attempts to get the first tier as well, and thats what I’ve been trying to do is go into my first and register my 2nd. They definitely could make it more user friendly.

Yeah I have a Oculus and Obsidian 9. Love the oculus, it gets shot a TON. I need to get better and cleaning it more often. Just took me a lot of work to break it apart and I soaked the baffles for 3 days in the “dip” to get it somewhat clean.

How many rounds in the oculus before difficulty taking apart. I’ve got a Mask and even at about 2k rounds it was not difficult to take apart.

Thinking about adding another Mask and an Oculus. It’s just too much fun when I take the kids shooting. Swapping the can around gets old.

probably about 10K 😬… was feeling pretty heavy so I weighed it in my digital scale, and it was 3oz over stock weight…
