Had an end cap strike while shooting my Obsidian 9. Just barely nicked the side and I’m pretty sure it happened while shooting my FN 509T. I was letting several friends try it out and was trying to be mindful of making sure it stayed tight but It could have come loose a bit. Really not a big deal as it didn’t touch any of the baffles and still functions fine.

This happened a couple months ago and I kept forgetting to contact rugged. So yesterday I filled out the warranty claim which was pretty’s straightforward and this morning I had a tracking number for the new end cap they’re sending. Pretty solid CS in my opinion!
 
Also had good experience with their CS. When I bought my Razor 762, it came with a $200 gift certificate. After 2 weeks, I never received it. Contacted them, and within minutes, no questions asked, I got my gift certificate. Spent it all that day on Rugged accessories. :)
 
I keep waffling between a couple of 556 suppressors but I want to buy rugged because of the CS.

It's also a local Carolina business, and the owner was super cool to me in another life.
Do it. I don’t have any of their rifle cans, but I’ve shot them and they seemed pretty nice. Also met, who I think is the owner at CANCON Savanah and he was a cool guy.

I rode down to their place with Scott (THSF) one time and we got to shoot some stuff out behind their shop. Met both of them. Then I went back another time and Mike spent a while with me metering all my Form 1 cans against some of my commercial stuff.
 
I have two Rugged cans and two more in jail. I had a end cap strike on my Obsidian 45 in the in the K format shooting 9. The can was loose so totally my fault. I emailed asking if it was covered. Within an hour I had a reply and a form. Filled the form out and the next day had a new cap in the mailbox.

I’m very pleased with their product and CS.
 
Shot my Obsidian today and with my handloaded 150gr subs, it's the quietest 9mm can I've tried. I'm really pleased with the way it works and it's nice to know their CS is good too.

Not sure, didn’t get his name, we just talked for a bit and he let me shoot the Razor. Just got the impression he was the owner from the way he was talking.
