S&W 40 Shield M&P 2.0

When I shoot my Shield, some rounds don't eject properly,
I changed new springs in my magazines that S&W sent me. Thought that fixed the problem?
I wonder if the firing pin /strike plate (hopefully right name) not working properly?
Please help me I'm frustrated!! I love Shield!!

Have you had it all apart cleaning it?

Is the FTE consistent - first round in the mag, one of the last couple? Is it with every magazine, or just one of them? What loads are you shooting, and have you tried different ammo?

Lots of troubleshooting details to check.

My shield in 40 has to have a death grip on it, or it will not eject...or feed.
