Noticed a local gun shop has several SCCY hand guns in stock for under $400. And one even under $300.
Just wondering if anyone owns one or knows anything about them. Any good ?
 
There’s one for sale in the Classifieds.
 
They're knockoffs of old Kel Tec designs with long, heavy, crunchy triggers. However they are cheap and functional and some folks swear by them. Personally I'd rather have any of the Ruger budget pistols. I didn't pay much more than that for my EC9 and less than that for my LCP and they have vastly better triggers, ergonomics and I trust them a whole lot more. Also thinner.
 
GREAT guns if you know what you are getting. Double action like a S&W but the reset is a complete release of the trigger. Out of 1000s of rounds through a Series 2, I might had 1 possible 2 FTE. They also have a double strike trigger. Best warrantee in the business. Google YouTube videos of the gun. I have many different pistols but my car gun is the SCCY 2. Ask Billy or Greezer about the one they had.

Thinking about getting one of the optic ready guns.

1,200 through one and 900 through the other. The only reason we didn't shoot them more is somebody took them from our hand and gave us $250 back. We always wanted a gun that was Not Expensive and that would pass our "Test". These did.


Oh, and Ima own the First striker fired one I see!!!!!

Speaking of which..has Anybody seen one other than YT?????

Wife carries one. Pretty accurate. Ran it in a few bug gun matches. No gun related failures in 3k ish rounds
