I do not know if it's considered a Class A mishap...is that thing recoverable? I have no idea. But the aircraft mishap board will be a painfully long process no matter how short it may be while they determine what happened and what the outcome will be.

True! If I had to guess, the damage and repair will be more than 2.5 million even if it is recoverable. Water + electronics = Broken electronics.
