Given the seecamp was designed around the now difficult to find .32 silvertip, has anyone found a reliable alternative? Specifically interested to see if anybody has tried some Underwood with success.

Silvertips in 32 have been discontinued. I don’t know if Underwood will fit in the mags. Most brands won’t. Might have to load your own

From Seecamp’s website:

.32 ACP (personal preferences)

We recommend the following ammunition:
  • Winchester Silvertip 60gr. HP
  • Federal Premium Hydra Shok 65gr. JHP
  • Speer Gold Dot 60gr. GDHP
  • PMC Bronze 60gr. JHP

When I had one, I found that the issues are bullet shape, size and weight. I discovered several brands that are similar enough to the recommended ammo to function well.

Found the same to be true, picked up some plinking ball ammo once and wouldn’t even load into the magazine.

My Pard @Etruett is 'spearmintin' with this problem right now. He is trying to duplicate weight and OAL of WWST for those of us that have the Seecamp. I have about 150 rounds of ST for mine and I am always looking for more.....

Next time you go to the gunshow bring your ammo gauge or make your own... The OAL is critical for the Seecamp...factory recommends ammo under .910" OAL

I have two of the little beasts in .32 and .380. Not my favorite pocket guns but they sure are cute and nicely made.
