Seeking recommendations: Clean(ish) subsonic ammo for M&P15-22 8" Pistol

Shot some 1000fps CCI 45gr "clean-22" suppressor last weekend and it was great. But hard to find in stock at any website I trust (the stuff I got was at Academy in Apex). What subsonic rounds are available that will reliably cycle an M&P15-22 8" pistol? Bonus points if they are on the cleaner side of things.

Normally I just run Remington golden bullet range burner crap. It's fun to blast away with, but I'm looking for something reliable and subsonic.

Well, the trick is gonna be finding 22lr in stock at decent prices.
Ive got regular CCI Supressor, Eley Contact, Eley Club, Winchester M22 Sub, and one or two more I cant remember at the moment.
Anyway, they are all subs and cycle my M&P 15-22 pistol reliably.
Might not up to your clean standards, though
