Hey I’m thinking about selling a can. Any advice or tips on how to sell on the private market. All laws apply and not trying to skirt any NFA rules
Do you not like the 51T? Or is there some other reason? Thanks for the input. Thinking about selling a AAC 7.62 SD and severa flash hider connects.
Doesn’t have to be in state. Just takes two transfers and a dealer in their state, as I mentioned earlier.Ive sold cans before that I didnt like. No big deal. Form 4 from your trust to another trust or individual. You just hold onto it until paprwork clears. Has to be in state. I have a friend looking to buy one . PM me.
Yes, but then you are talking multiple stamps and dealer fees for an interstate transfer . In state person to person with no dealer involved is one stamp only. Selling a silencer almost never makes financial sense and really only makes sense in state unless its something like a rare collectors item unless you have something you just can't stand. . Machine guns sure. Silencers not so much.Doesn’t have to be in state. Just takes two transfers and a dealer in their state, as I mentioned earlier.

So y’all just need to have a joint trust for this one item and move it back and forth between states.Hold on there. Ill talk to my guy and get back asap. Id buy it myself, like I need another silencer, but Im in SC.
We were out shooting yesterday and I about pulled that AR out of his hands and chucke it down range. Shooting without supression is rude.
