Should I use my MOS plates or an alternative?

I have a Glock 45 MOS and I’m preparing to start my RDS journey (again). I’ve heard not so great things about the supplied MOS plates. Is there a good alternative? I’m thinking maybe a Holosun 507c. I might go with the SCS and ditch the plates completely.

SCS or CHPWS plates for any other optic.

If you want to be best friends with your dentist you can use OEM...otherwise go with FCD or CHPWS (as much as I hate to say it). CHPWS has the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I really do think Glock needs to fix those plates. The MOS would be such a better buy if they were actually good quality. Glock should be getting more hate for continuing to insult us with that trash.

1. Take Glock OEM MOS plates
2. Place them in your trashcan
3. Order a FCD plate

I may just go a different route pistol wise. I don’t get along well with Glocks anyway.

Holosun makes a mos red dot where you don’t even need your plates it’s a direct mos mount it’s a holosun scs

100% SCS. I have one on my primary carry gun and love it. A little pricey but you save some as it co-witnesses with standard irons so no need to suppressor height sights.
