Just a quick review of warranty service from Sig Sauer.

I keep my P365X with an optic and in a holster that has a sight channel to keep them protected. The older X style slide replaces the rear sight completely, so there isn't any issues with rear sight durability. Anyways, after a range trip with P365X after making up with the Sig Sauer shenanigans, I was cleaning it when I noticed the front night sight vial was missing. Probably somewhere on the range bay over at Duncan's Gun Shop, but not in the front sight. After all the Sig horror stories, I took a deep breath and picked up the phone. The service rep took my information and I explained the X slide was not original to the P365 as I had swapped slides. She assured me that an X slide would be well within the 5 year warranty of sight issues. She told me not worry and immediately sent me a Fed-Ex label after telling me to remove the RDS and barrel/recoil spring. I packed it up and dropped it off on last Sunday and it was picked up last Monday.

I got a shipping notification on Friday and today the Fed-Ex man knocked on the door instead of the package being lost in the Conover hub for a few days. Opened the box, and the slide was packed inside a padded cardboard Sig box inside a plastic bag. The front sight glowed bright and no scuffs on the dovetail. Overall a very nice experience and only a week of down time total.

tl;dr Sig's warranty service was excellent and I have to give them props.
