Slip joint

Good Luck!
I carry one most days. If you need any tips I spent a lot of time helping my friend while he was working on improving his and I remember a couple of the growing pains he went through. What material/hardness are you using on your spring?

I decided to use 01 for both the blade and spring. 60 for the blade and 45-50 for the spring.

This is like an engineering class in college..............I have a headache ;)
 
Ok. I’ll call it ugly number two. The closed position looks good. The blade is to small. It needs to be longer and fuller. The spring action is pretty good, leaning on tight. Handles are rough shaped. I’m calling this one done and lessons learned.
