We were given over 130 lbs of carrots, over 25 pounds of cabbages, and some of the biggest sweet potatoes I have ever seen.... all because I MENTIONED that I like to eat lots of raw foods and I juice carrots like crazy. Here is some of that (Carole has already started making saurkraut and kimchi)

That’s a lot of carrots. Break out the canning jars.

They will all be juiced and gone within 8 - 10 days, max. I easily juice 4 pounds every morning, and am eager/happy to begin doing so 3-4 times a day. I love juicing carrots, but also love celery, beets, cabbage, and all kinds of fruits.

It is great for the health of your alimentary canal, you will never gain weight, it is good for mental sharpness/clarity, and I swear when you drink this stuff, it feels like you are drinking liquid LIFE. All the vitamins/minerals etc (and yes, non processed sugars) just taste so good and make me feel so good.

I may go ahead and die of colon cancer anyway, but I guarantee you I will feel better while dying! lol

Carole has pickled a bunch of cabbage and both pickled and roasted a bunch of beets. We are learning as well that spices, dips, spreads (mostly mayo based, but some sour cream based), along with peppers, turn this stuff from "yeah, it tastes alright" into "yeah, I think I will have another serving!"
