Space Force Unit C.O. Relieved of Duty for Criticizing Marxism in the Military

Quote from the article, by someone else on Navy training that was imposed..

---

The training we received this month was rushed through in the wake of the Washington, D.C., riot. The course, which was given in a PowerPoint deck, included a slide defining “extremism.” One would expect a broad, catch-all phrase that makes it clear that any radical activity undermining our nation or promoting criminal activity would not be tolerable.

But that would be wrong. Extremism was narrowly defined as “supremacist” beliefs only. That’s it. Nothing else. Nothing about anarchism, nothing about any group that might be found on the left. Everyone in the room – of every race, incidentally – had a collective hush as the chilling effect of this clearly biased definition dawned on our team. As one person on our team put it, “Why does the DoD only care about one kind of extremism? Why do they refuse to talk about antifa? Why is it extremist to attack a Capitol police officer, but not extremist to attack a Portland police officer?”

Because one is the party in powers Sturmabteilung and one isn't? Got to protect your brownshirts or they stop breaking heads and exacerbating situations you can blame on the other guy for you. We've seen this before in Weimar Germany after all. Promise something that sounds good if you don't think about it, send in your thugs to muddy the waters, pretend to be your opponents and generally stir the pot and then subvert the current political order, usually by removing the democratic process from further potential to oust you.

I hope and would like to believe that in these United States the outcome would/will be different. They haven't managed to disarm the populace yet and I believe there is far more resistance here and now than before. And more capable.

I'm also sensing the other side is starting to lose steam. People have grown weary of it all and the tail is still wagging the dog. The dog is starting to take notice.

Until they're distracted with more free shit, manufactured crises and celebrity BS.

I listened to the same training. The bias couldn't have been more obvious.

I have a sneaky feeling Lohmeier is in hot water for criticizing the Secretary of Defense rather than for criticizing Marxism.
Lot of overlap there.

My two drachmas (well, three because inflation):

1. I think there's more to the story than 'just' what is being claimed.
2. Every admin puts its' stamp on the military with BS "mando" training...DA/DT, human trafficking, etc. It becomes just another box to check; no one cares.
3. During peacetime HR takes over compliance just like it does in any other faceless bureaucracy.

Except supremacists were and aren't a threat to anyone; it is code word for white patriots.

And neither were any of the other 'special populations' we had mando training on, regardless of if they were 'inclusion' or 'threats'. We had mandatory training on 'neo-nazis' or some BS in the military, how to spot them, how to respond, etc. But no one cared...just another mandatory training, just another box to check.

The human trafficking one, they pulled us out of a week-long FX a day early, so a couple hundred of us were all smelly and stinky in the gym. Served them right.
