Spirits Review #24: William Wolf - Pecan Bourbon!

Bottom Line: Light alcohol on the nose followed by oak. Sweetness and maple followed by oak & pecan with light burn. Very sweet for a bourbon. Over ice the burn goes away and the sweetness level is more subdued. Very good in coffee! 4 Enthusiastic thumbs up!

I saw this on the shelf at Southern Spirits this weekend. I was tempted to give it a shot, but passed. Flavored whiskeys generally go one of two ways - really good or really bad. Thanks for the review!

You won't regret it. I just went to Total Wine and picked me up a new bottle this morning!
