We need a thread on this power factor stuff in the reloading section. I haven't taken the time to look into it. Rifle stuff doesn't have such a thing that I'm aware of other than a FPS limit at most places.

A 10 or 11 lb recoil spring. 180gr coated lead over 3.0 grs of clays at 1.175 oal is gonna have the 9mm guys swearing you are cheating.
