I have a couple of the Streamlight Dualie 3AA flashlights that we use around the house. These get used a lot. I went to replace the batteries on one and found that a battery had leaked. Even with new batteries, the light was very dim.

I returned it to Streamlight. They got it on 8/3 and shipped it back on 8/3. I got it today and they either replaced everything inside the light or the replaced the entire light. I can't tell for sure. It's about a $35 flashlight and all it cost me was the shipping to send it in. I'm pleased.

I had a screw come out of the belt clip ofone of my HL/X lights.
Simply sent them an email. They sent me 2 new belt clips and several screws free of charge

Streamlight CS flat out ignored me. I got no response at all from them when my light broke. I tossed it and bought another because I got my money's worth out fo the first one. I like their products but I have no reason to believe they'll stand behind it.

I had some tail cap issues with some Microstream USB lights. They sent me parts and one didn’t fix the problem so they sent me a new light for free. No complaints from them from me

streamlight has serviced a few lights for me over the years. they’ve always been responsive to me. Surprised others have had poor service. Regardless I’m not really a fan of their flashlights as they mostly feel outdated and their switch configurations are just meh (this is subjective).

Only ever used their cs one time. It was on my old incandescent scorpion. My Tannerite (Belgian Mal) got bored when he was young (2014 maybe?) and chewed the back half of the rubber off while also deforming the back of the tube. Somehow the switch still worked and batteries still slid in and out. But it was mostly bare aluminum with malingator stippling🤣

I emailed cs to see if they even still made a cover and if I could buy one. The lady was awesome and had one requirement besides a pic of the damage. A pic of the culprit as well🤣. She wanted to send a whole new light for free but since incandescent was already old news I just asked for a cover. She sent two with thanks for the doggo and light picture saying she shared it with everyone in the office. Awesome CS.

If you see a pic somewhere of an embarrassed Mal laying behind a chewed up but turned on stream light scorpion. That's my boy😁

They’ve always been quick to fix. This thread reminds me I have 4-5 stingers I need to send back. They don’t last long at work, so I even keep backups for my backups. Only 2 left on standby so I better get shipping.

I've never had to replace anything Streamlight YET....
BUT I will say for Surefire... I sent in my M600DF for a flickering issue, they built me a new spec head that fixed the problem, free of charge. However, they failed to send me the Surefire brand 18650 that I left in the flashlight back to me. I emailed them a few times and never got a response... I finally gave up. But now I'm selling the light to fund other fun projects😁
