Suggestion: Add a "Stolen firearms" forum?

I'm pretty sure firearns theft is prevalent, so just a suggestion on dedicating a forum for it where members can post pics and serial# for their stolen firearm? Maybe have stickies on how to register gun, phone numbers to call, etc...
