So I've been shooting a couple 1022's for close to 20 years now with a can and most often use the BX-1 ten rounders. I like them for bench shooting and hunting over the hi-cap versions which tend to get caught on or bang into everything.
The problem is they often fail to push the next round up to the top and cleaning doesn't always restore function. Is this a simple spring replacement or is it time to pony up and buy some new mags. I should mention I've got a clear BX-1 that's only a few years old and it suffers from the same problem a my old ones.
What about the new Bx-15's? They don't look like they hang down too far and reassembly after cleaning looks easier compared to the BX-1's.
