I pulled the trigger on this to try out before I start putting some funds away for an Obsidian 9. I really don't like the idea of not being able to holster a pistol with some level of retention and this seems to be a good solution, apparently they just started selling this about a month ago. When I get it in hand and I do some testing I'll update this post.

Looks interesting. Keep us posted

Terrible photo choice on the site. That thing rig is massive. I thought that was part of the holster until I looked at a handful of other pics.

That said, looks very interesting! I like the sleek design and QLS compatibility. Definitely looking forward to hearing how you like it.

Love to hear your thoughts on it once you get it. Was looking for one but the only thing available was the TRex Arms ragnarok.
Looks like they have the option for the TLR-1 also.

What do you think @TRaGiK ? Remember when we were discussing this?

Looks like a knockoff Ragnarok SD that isn't as good for more money.

But I could be wrong...their pictures kind of sucks.
Lol. Saw it on the ol Instagram 🤷🏻‍♂️

It arrived today and so far I am pleasantly enjoying it. I have not had the change to take it shooting yet, but here are some photos. It comes with a bet adapter and inserts for a 1.5" or 1.75" belt. I like the design and the thumb release. If you wiggle the gun about 6-8 times you can get it out of the holster (it's designed to be retained via the weapon light, not the gun, so you can use it for anything you want) but I did some sprints around my yard, some jumping jacks, and twisting my hips rapidly and it has not come out. With a suppressed pistol holster, I do not think there is ever going to be a perfect design but this is really nice, especially for the money.

Mounted on my belt via a safariland mid ride.

View from the top, notice the thumb release.

One of my biggest potential annoyances with a suppressed pistol is not being able to holster it at the range or open carrying if I needed to, and I think this is a good solution. I am definitely entertaining purchasing an Obsidian 9 eventually.

I will keep this post updated moving forward through my experience using it.

Between the heat from suppressor and what appears to be less trigger guard coverage, I’m not sure I’d be going down this route. Then again I’m just not a big fan of suppressing centerfire pistols so don’t let me ruin the show. Either way let us know how the holster works alongside the obsidian, which is a great 9mm can very happy w mine.
