Suppressor sight height for a Glock model 45 MOS with Trijicon SRO??

I want to get some Ameriglo Suppressor Sights for a Glock model 45 MOS using the Glock supplied adapter plate and a Trijicon SRO with a 5 MOA dot and I am looking for opinions on which height sight set to order. They have XL, 2XL, 3Xl, 5XL, and 9XL tall without any information on the usability with different red dots.
This is my first red dot on a pistol and I have never shot a pistol with a red dot so I am hoping that someone here has a similar setup and can provide some guidance.

Ive got Trijicon model 600661 on my 45 mos they’re blackout during daytime and glow green at night. I’m using a vortex venom with stock mos plate and some longer screws from Fastenal.
