Surefeed magazines

I've been wasting time looking for Surefeed or Colt 20 round magazines. I finally found some at Charlies Custom Clones, for like $28 each, minimum purchase 2, maximum purchase 2, and a $30 shipping fee. So that's a no from me. Turns out he can get away with this because Surefeed went out of business, so no more Colt mags either. Must be why the Colt I ordered comes with a Magpul.

I found some D&H mags on the BCM website, they'll do nicely even if they aren't what I originally wanted.

For those who wonder why not use the Lancers and Magpul stuff you already have? Because I want to keep different loads seperate. The 55 grain stuff looks just like the 62 grain stuff when it's all FMJ.

I prefer a 20rd mag for shorter stuff also.

I've had good luck with the 20rders I have, I think they're OK brand.

Yeah it's unfortunate. Just the price you gotta pay for stuff that's hard to get. Cloner life is hard.

Me? I'd just take some Magpuls and write "62gr" on the side and call it a day, personally.
