In my late night tv browsing I found this series on Hulu. It's two seasons at 5-6 episodes each. The first 5 episode season is about "Pazuzu Algarad" the Clemmons area satanist freakshow who was charged with murder and died in prison awaiting trial. (Correction: died before his trial)

If you like true crime, especially local true crime, it's interesting.

The sick and twisted thing is the description of the condition of the house, but how many "friends" he had hanging out in that filth. And a lot of those folks are still out there....

Like you said, it's nuts that people came around this guy considering the filth of the house (he just pissed and pooped in a corner(s) of a room
They tore the place down because of how horrid the conditions were, not relating to the murders
