I decided to part from tradition and do a hidden pin slip joint. The learning curve is still steep but I’m feeling better about the overall construction and integrity the more I delve into these little rascals. This one is green canvas micarta. With a black liner. The pins were positioned and set in the liner and the green micarta for the scales.
