The lock wasn’t the issue at all. It was the manual lock to lock yourself inside the vault. Really a minor mistake. They put one small part on backwards.
The actual issue was customer service. The left hand didn’t speak to the right. They just compounded the issue with bad information. The whole this was just seriously prolonged because the managers never really got involved to be sure the things that needed to happen, actually happened.
