Anybody here had any experience with either of these? I looked at one today ( i know- Turkish gun. Everbody go ahead and roll your eyes now) the Kanuni is the more compact version. Da/Sa with smooth but heavy doible action and good single action . Aluminum frame with somewhat unusual grips but feels pretty decent. No bad reviews ive found on internet. Actually 704 tactical did a good review a couple of years ago. Thoughts?165BAE16-9020-4C62-892F-2E12FA777420.jpeg

After studying a little more , It appears the rear is very similar to my beretta cougar 9mm. The barrel and front of slide is similar to browning Hi Power to some degree. slide locks up like a 1911 but doesn't use a link

Some of these Turkish pistols are quite nice... the 1911's, the Hi Power clones, the CZ clones, those Berreta 92 clones, and of course the Canik TP series have all proven themselves quite well.

*That* looks like the kind of thing a child would draw.

Its an obvious amalgam of visual features from many designs, but to what end, I dont know...

I'd stay away from it.
