What are you guys liking/using for tool organization and storage?
One thing that I'll be focusing on soon is wrench organization. I spent a ton of time cutting out these little holes to hold the wrench in a specific space...not thinking of ADDING more wrenches. Well, I keep buying at estate sales when its cheap (7 craftsman wrenches for 5 bucks or something), and when I need a certain size for my car.

I think I got my sockets taken care of...for now, but everything else is a bit of a mess.

Sockets are a mix of some old Craftsman organizers and some HF and Husky ones

Ain’t nothing wrong with that setup. I’ve got something similar.

I have something similar to your first link. You can fit a bunch of wrenches in smaller space. I need to go back through and organize again sometime. The other picture is the ratcheting wrenches which are mostly just piled in there.

I use lots of the Earnst socket and plier racks and really like them. Tekton recently introduced similar ones as well. For wrenches I use the same OEM wrench rails linked above. Very easy to cut down with a hacksaw to length you want. I don’t use the adhesive bottom but they hold my sets well and don’t move from drawers being opened. I also have ended up using a fair number of random size and depth Schaller bins to hold odds and ends in an organized fashion.

Im really leaning towards the other based on price and I THINK that with the shape it'd end up taking less space (?).
I dont know, no decisions made yet but soon.

Full wrench sets get racks, or rolls/pouches, some aftermarket, some they shipped with, allows taking a full set to a project or road-call with ease. Partials just get thrown in the drawer.
I keep my <3/4" drive sockets on those pegs racks most folks don't like, same reason, grab the whole thing and go. Big sockets stand in the drawer just fine.

Wish I could eep tools straight

I like things being organized so Im not searching too much. I enjoy finishing a project for a few reasons
a) it's done
2) I get to spend a bit of time cleaning up the tools and putting them back where they go/went
III) Everything is organized again for quick access.

Wrenches is a struggle im still evaluating. The preformed v shaped organziers (second amazon link) i have tried and seem to only fit certain brand or style wrenches well since lengths very between brands so seemed like i could not pick just one to use and still take up decent amount of space. I like the adhesive ones you linked on amazon up above since that takes care of the spacing issue but . The other way I have kicked around and like is pulling them out of the box and hanging them on pins or hooks since then you can have multiples of same size on a hook since I have several sets which creates duplicates of same sizes which is needed at times.

Want one?

Wrench organizers came, pics to come, it'll save me some space, for sure

I have mine hanging up on pegboard, but thanks so much for the offer👍😊

Just before Christmas I got my new wrench organizers in
Takes up less space and has some room to grow with my wrenches

I’ve used large springs before to set my wrenches up like that red holder you have. The springs allowed them to be a little closer though.
I’ll try and take pics later.
The rest of my tool storage is “ Crap, what’s holding the drawer open?.”
