Just a quick update. It’s pretty good. I got nothing but a pound of chopped, and it included slaw. I don’t eat slaw. Wife tried it and wasn’t a fan because it’s red instead of white. But the pork was pretty good. Not fatty. Not wet and mushy. Not completely minced up, but definitely chopped instead of pulled.

It was great meeting some new friends and seeing my old friends. Hate that I had to bug out early. Had a great time usual!

Was actually talking about this with @Gnash.Hyena. Since we have a lot of members who would love to come but can’t because of work. Let’s plan a dinner, to give the workers a chance to come put some faces with the names.

Much agreed. :) Yeah @Amps 13 it's the same thing for me for sure. Y'all are awesome. I do like to socialize with the group. But I work a standard M-F 9-5 so while I can have an hour lunch no problem, I can't really do a big 2+hr drive/eat/chat deal. but I can definitely do an after-work dinner&beer hangout now and then with the CFF crew.

For the record, she said she hadn’t seen where I was and that it must’ve been the Lord intervening.

Well, I do tend to prefer something right around that 6pm timeframe for dinner myself, but if I know ahead of time, I can plan my workday around a 7-3 or 8-4 instead of a 9-5 and try to be there closer to 5pm if that makes it more conducive to y'all. :)
