As I mentioned in another post. We capture several of these every year here in Afghanistan. Had this Turkish Tisas Zigana pistol that I had for over a year. There is a lever that looks like a decocker that doesn't seem to do anything. When unloaded and pushed up, trigger is dead. Found out is a full auto selector that drops the hammer everytime

You can modify USGI M9 mags to work in the gun as mag catch is located higher (can do the same to Taurus PT92s and SIG 226s). Perks of being down range forever.

Some are used and others brand new. Quite a few have missing or loose front/rear sights as circled in red. Selector circle in yellow below. Seems they also remove the pistol grips off the AKs when wrapping them up for burial/caching. Blue/Silver tone missing front sight and so is pistol to left.

Interesting! "30-bore" is 7,62 x 25?
Yes, .30 bore is 7.62x25mm Tok. I've got a very nice knock off TT33 Tok that is dated 66, laser engraved "Made As China", 30 bore and factory code 11 in a oval on the top of the slide. China knows how to mark "Made In China" and place 7.62x25mm for caliber. Factory 11 is the Warsaw plant of Radom in Poland and they did NOT have laser engraving in 1966!

Well, it is kinda a Communist "thing" to rewrite history...

Full auto probably slung those front sights off.

Ooooh! Special modified! :)

Nice specimen. Is 7.62 Tok more readily available over yonder? (he asked, enviously)

I don't see it that often. Only two Toks and one PPSh41 since 17'. That is also the only submachine gun I've seen in Afghanistan since 09'. Iraq on the other hand is flooded with SMGs.
