Take a look at some of the power saving features. TCL's often have a quick-boot feature on everything other than their cheapest models.I have a TCL now and based on what I'm dealing with (lengthy boot up time), I won't own another.

To all of you, I'm sorry I offended you, to be honest I didn't think you could read.@Timfoilhat Please use the debt owed to you to request @71Ragtop finally stop with the Juan joke. I thought it was hilarious for around 24 hours. It's really not funny anymore and seems a little desperate at this point.
You didn't offend me overplaying a joke that was not funny anymore. You have now trying a joke on an online forum that is only about reading saying we cannot read.To all of you, I'm sorry I offended you, to be honest I didn't think you could read.

I'm glad I could do that for youYou didn't offend me overplaying a joke that was not funny anymore. You have now trying a joke on an online forum that is only about reading saying we cannot read.
You have made history for me now as I have never ignored anyone on this or other forums. I guess there is a first for everything.
I must apologize, my previous reply was misconstrued. It was intended only for the post author and the ones that responded. Not the entire community as the reading challenged @Carolinatlc seems to think.@Timfoilhat Please use the debt owed to you to request @71Ragtop finally stop with the Juan joke. Ok, question for you tv gurus. The last tvs I've bought have a picture that is, to me, too freaking lifelike. They are all on Rokus and I can't find a setting in the TV or the Roku to turn down the resolution.
Maybe some folks like that but I am used to movies looking like movies. I know it's subjective but damn. I no longer find watching movies enjoyable as they all look too real.
Thank you for your help.
Yes, I am old and set in my ways.
Can you add more memory? 🤔I'll take another look later, but memory says I've already addressed that. It's why I'm so disappointed.
More than likely no. TV's are not build like pc's. TCL gets their price points down so low due to using older CPU's for their boards. One TCL I bought new in 2015 had a cpu that was outdated in 2012. They are generally pretty basic in the realm of computing board builds. Can you add more memory? 🤔
