So, I came up with a great lawsuit the social fairies and snowflakes could root for:
I decided yesterday that Starbucks is racist and discriminatory.
I was travelling through East Charlotte on Albemarle Rd heading to a party in South End (the hipster/semi-affluent area).
I needed a Starbucks gift card for the party recipient and looked for a Starbucks on my route. There were none. I then realized that Starbucks is discriminating against this lower class of people based on their unfortunate financial standing in today's society. The area of East Charlotte I was travelling through is certainly on the lower end of the wealth spectrum and Starbucks is intentionally depriving this area of their goods/services. In addition, this area is primarily populated by people of color and other minorities. So, because of those demographics, Starbucks is also racially discriminating against these same people.
In conclusion, who cares that Starbucks is a capitalistic entity who smartly decides to NOT place their stores in areas that may cause financial loss; let's just claim they're racist and discriminatory.
