Used Wasr AK fair price?

A friend may wish to part with his Wasr 10 AK. I've shot it and it works fine. Some light rust on the buttplate, it has a Soviet sling and one magazine. He is at least the 2nd owner. What's a fair price these days?
 
Less than $600. Can get a new one online for slightly more than 6.
 
Right now you can get a new wasr for $628. Surplus steel mags are cheap, under $10 each.

Any accessories or aftermarket parts? Stock gun with a mag or two $500-$550 depending on condition. If it has accessories it could help with value

It has a Soviet sling I gave him and one steel magazine. No butttrap cleaning kit.
 
I'd start at $750 personally. You have those folk who don't buy online or want a paper trail out there. Can always go down.
