Video: Homemade Butter by Chef Jean-Pierre

I've been making butter for years and it is that simple. I add some salt to taste during the rinsing time and knead it into the butter then. I have found that 1qt of heavy whipping cream will yield almost 1 lb of butter. My grandkids used to do it for me and they enjoyed watching the transformation and tasting the whipped cream at the same time.
 
I like how CJP and Sam the Cooking Guy keep it simple, yet entertaining.
