Video of cops unhappy with body cam, DUI arrest of their LT

20 minutes by the docs in the video... 20 min that started long after he was arrested
In this state at least the 30 minutes have to be uninterrupted after arriving at the testing site. The reason is to be able to testify that the defendant didn't consume anything or do anything that could skew the test results.

DWI is the most procedure intensive charge one can make. Cause of lawyers.

I saw this video a while ago and while not surprise din the least to see this coming out of NJ, was disappointed that the officers seemingly looked for every "out" possible, failed to make a decision on their own when the Lt was clearly drunk off his arse, had to remind each other multiple times about their body cams, and made accommodation after accommodation for the Lt. Sure, they are human and are going to treat friends/family/colleagues differently than any Joe Schmoe, but this would make me question their integrity.

In the end, the Lt got arrested and charged just as the rest of us would, but getting there was a little different IMO.
