So….now all the problems with NRA will be solved, right?

Time to start a new membership drive? How long do we wait to see if things have really changed?
I say everyone just transfer over to GOA and start things anew. They've been saying, and doing, primarily what all of us have long wished the NRA to do for years. And doing so without tremendous business expense accounts, and armed security guards.

You have got to assume by now that most of the corporate leadership is a den of thieves to have turned a blind eye all this time.

He resigned.

He wasn't fired. He wasn't ousted by a vote. He wasn't fined or otherwise penalized for anything.

He simply resigned. And probably with whatever full benefits that entails.

Which means absolutely nothing has likely changed at the NRA which would cause me to reevaluate reinstating membership.

The NRA is still a very large organization and has a lot of decent safety & educational programs. That said, they do nothing for 2A rights and are frequently involved in cutting its knees out from under it.

So, we'll see what happens. IF (big if) the organizations shows a willingness to clean house and start standing up for our rights, then I may consider joining/supporting them again.

But the ball is in their court.

About freakin time he left.
I bet he had a big old golden parachute.

He prolly is gonna roll over on the NRA to get a plea deal

The King is dead! Long live the new King!

Say hello to the new boss, same as the old boss.

Why anyone would want this thankless job is beyond me.It would be almost as bad as being the Panthers head coach or Biden's press secretary.

Ole Wayne is laughing all the way to the bank after years of selling the NRA as the 2A's sole protector. With "friends" like that you don't need enemies. The rot at NRA is much deeper than WLP; his leaving ain't gonna change a thing.
