Does anyone know where I can find a large quantity of Wendy’s bbq sauce like a box of packets or a jug my girl loves their bbq sauce and every time we get fast food we go to one place and then to Wendy’s to get sauce but the local Wendy’s never wants to give us any so it’s a whole routine
Any help would be appreciated thanks

I think their sauces are manufactured by T Marzettis. The same company also makes the sauces for Buffalo Wild Wings. May want to check out their sauces to see if they bottle it under a different label. Shoot them an email, maybe they will be of help.

Could this be it?

There used to be these books in the 90s/2000s that had recipes for popular fast food and store bought items. Can’t remember the name of it, my dad had them.

The other option, and this might not be an option, is to go to the distributor
For example, in Lexington (right near PHA range) there's a Ben E Keith food distribution house. I THINK they service Wendy's too.
Now, can they sell it to you, the average Joe? Not sure, maybe not. But it'd be worth a call to a food house (think Sysco, US Foods etc)

Interesting, anyone notice what trucks deliver to wendy’s? We’ve got technicians in these facilities.

Had no idea someone bought out Orrells.

I know the Pepsi plant in York county will sell you pallets of Pepsi so maybe they’ll sell me a pallet of bbq lol

The whole concept is somewhat disturbing, please ref hot vs crazy chart.

Already consulted the chart she’s good to go 👍 I started a campaign to get this sauce because Wendys wouldn’t sell us a box so it’s half spite against wendys half for the lady

Go to the closest shady neighborhood Wendy's late night and you can probably get the key to the store for 20 bucks. I'm sure a box of bbq sauce will quickly find its way to the dumpster area for pick up. It worked to get beers and smokes in my teen years from a couple service stations. Edit I mean it worked for a friend of a friend 😜

Yep, Mr. Orrell sold out and theyre making some changes.
There will be a new facility, much larger, getting built in the near future. They're trying to find the location currently.

I don't want to rain on the case of sauce parade, but I believe the stuff in the restaurants does not have a lot of preservatives and does not store that long as it is expected to be used quickly. I was told this is why the sauces taste different in the restaurant vs the supposedly same sauce that you can get in bottles at a supermarket. Chick-fil-a, BBW hot sauces, arbys sauce etc. Feared buying a case and 1/3 or 1/2 go bad before being used up. YMMV

on remakes of store sauces, I have posted the bad daddy burger bar sauce recipe here and it is the same taste.

That’s a good note 👍

Let's see now. A friend of a friend? Wouldn't that be you? Asking for a friend.

I'm "lol'ing at the image of some of you getting together in ex-presidents masks and pulling a Heat-style raid on a Wendy's distributor truck between stops in some rural area... 😂

I guess then we'd have ANOTHER "I see the forum made the news" thread started...

Marzetti:Based in Columbus, Ohio, Marzetti has provided salad dressings, sandwich sauces and drink syrups to the Wendy's system for 25 years.

I mean, I'll bet $25 dollars I can drive to my local Wendy's this evening and end up with a sh-tload of BBQ sauce for $20.

As a proud former Wendy's employee, I know my people.
the number of idiots who can't tie their own shoes, but can memorize the totals of common orders so that they can pocket the money without ringing it is is nothing short of miraculous.
I always like to add on something right as i pull up to the window just to mess with them. and ask for a receipt.

Just curious, where is she from?
This has Ohio’s fingerprints all over it.

I’ll tell you one thing for sure, and I was just a dumb high school kid when I worked there:
Customers weren’t always what I’d consider geniuses l, either.

Unfortunately this was the 80’s so we were required to be able to spell our names and count change.
