I love this thing! 3 30 round magazines, no malfunctions at all. Busting clays consistently at about 40 yards standing that I was having trouble hitting with the Sig 226 Romeo with a rest. Bring on the Texas wheel! I'm ready for USPSA PCC if the stupid ammo costs don't kill me, it was expensive already before the scamdemic and the stolen election by the demunists took ammo to new levels. I'm afraid it has made the sport unaffordable to many, 150 rounds of 9mm, $105, if you can find it, $20 entrance fee... The last local 3 gun match they said they lost money, very few showed up.

Pistol? Rifle? This thread is worthless without pics. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 LOL OMG YOLO SWAG SWAG J/K 🧙‍♂️🎅👍👌

I heavily considered one of these but considering each mag is 3X what a AKV mag cost, and the AKV mags work in my Scorpion, it was a no brainer for me to go AKV.

Obviously a rifle, the pistol is a KP-9. The thread was worth what you paid to look at it. Didn't take any pictures, I don't post pictures of my guns online. I wasn't shooting for groups, just zeroing a red dot and busting clays. I looked at the AKV, it was never in stock and I preferred the KR-9 anyway. Mags were pricey, as was the gun compared to the AKV. Having 3 Veprs in .308, 7.62x39, and 12 gauge, I preferred the more accurate representation to the original Russian gun.

I have the KP-9 and love it. Never considered AK's prior to ownership of that fun gun. Now I own several. Glad you like yours! You're right. Shooting that gun accurately, even as a braced pistol is almost
like cheating..... Good luck and enjoy!

Easy to tell you're new here. First thing: push away from the key board, take a big, deep breath, and RELAX. Definitely wasn't trying to be hostile, just the opposite exactly, as I was hoping for some pics of the gun to see it and hopefully how it runs .

Second, if you're going to take every post like mine as an attack or just smartassery, you're in for a long ride. This isn't ARFCOM, most of the folks on here (or at least many of us longer tenured members) are pretty great, but a bad influence on your wallet.

Perhaps a few of these after my post would have helped?🤣🤣🤣 I'll edit it now.

Yes, definitely on the emogees, (however that's spelled) someone starting out calling my thread worthless really didn't sit well. I was actually being nice, compared to what I wanted to write. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have never been on ARFCOM, just the AK Files, where the shit slinging usually starts about 3 posts in, before becoming totally disconnected from the subject matter by the end. That and getting banned twice for specious reasons, the last time for posting a link to President Trump's declassified documents when they were released. That is why I came here.
Digital photos have the location embedded in the code from my understanding, not something I'm that interested in sharing with the petty gun grabbing tyrants, and others with no need to know, the internet is forever. (unless it's Hitlery's emails)
My gun looks like this... https://kalashnikov-usa.com/firearms/kr-9-rifle/ Only difference is mine has a Krebs MK VII safety lever on it, https://krebscustom.com/products/product/10-krebs-custom-mk-vii-ambi-enhanced-safety it doesn't really cover all the ejection hole like the factory safety does, it works perfectly though, being able to instantly go to the fire position with a press of the trigger finger knuckle. If and when Krebs makes the right one for it I will swap it out. I already emailed them expressing interest. It works very similar to the one that comes on the Vepr 12 folder.

Thanks! I considered the pistol with brace, it's a lot more compact. I couldn't use it for USPSA pistol caliber carbine under their rules though, they don't allow braces. The factory SBR "Vityas" clone would have been awesome, if we were in a free country that really understood the meaning of the 2nd Amendment, and not had to apply for a $200 government permission slip.

You can turn off the exif data in pictures pretty easy. Most phones now have that turned off by default due to privacy.

The KP9 is a great value , its a little more expensive but such a great PCC
