When I was younger we would have lasagna for Christmas dinner. Somewhere along the way it changed to fillet steaks. I think it was last year my mother got a lamb roast at Costco and once was enough.
Lasagna.
Gravy is cooking today, although I didn’t have pork and beef bones so just using pork sausage, it’ll be good enough.
We eat like Roman emperors on Xmas Eve. Just veggie trays, crackers, dips, cheese, pepperoni, salami, summer sausage and a little bit of red wine. And usually sometimes a shrimp cocktail. And my wife’s pizza fondue. With fresh baked bread.
