My favorite shortwave radios are my Grundig 800 and my AFEDRI Net SDR. I use the AFEDRI Net SDR most because it's on the computer and RTG. With SDR Console, the AFEDRI is all you need to 30 Mhz.

Grundig 800:

I really like Panasonic shortwave radios. I've had many, including the RF-4800/4900.

Just purchased an SDRPlay2 here. So far I love it. LOADS of fun. SDRuno software sucks, but they also have HDSDR on the download page and it rocks and fixes the bad parts of SDRuno. SDRuno looks good, but has too many poorly thought out and implemented features.

I am curious what sucks about SDRuno. It looks good in pictures, but I've not run it. I hate to hear it's not as good as it looks.

I never liked HDSDR (or the derivatives) and prefer SDR Console with my AFEDRI. With the dongles, I have used SDR#. I don't use the dongles as they had no selectivity and were noisy.

Grundig G6 Aviator... Buzz Aldrin Edition...

It's very small and convenient. It works well and has SSB. I also still have an old standby, Yacht Boy 400.
