Whatcha' listening to?

Cool song, brings me back to my teenage years. And 65 years ago I was not yet a teenager. Song is not quite 65 years old, maybe 55.
In the song, 'the day the music died' refers to the plane crash on Feb 3rd, 1959, when Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. Richardson where killed after leaving a concert. Don McLean released the song in 1971, when I was a pre-teen.

I remember being upset that the whole song didn't fit on one side of a 45, so they split it in the middle.

I’ve been listening to old blues lately.
And… scored tickets to Bonnie Raitt at DPAC. I love her voice and guitar playing.

James Hunter is touring with her. I don’t know this bloke. I went to see someone opening for John Prine, didn’t know who he was, we walked out on the third song. Know I’m kicking myself for not knowing anything about him, or his influence.
