Apparently ADSBexchange has some legal issues after a sellout to a private firm. Has anyone any experience feeding AIRPLANES.LIVE

Who do you feed other than flightaware , and do they provide unfiltered results?

Busy, loud, night... less than half of what's going on is showing. 2-3 fast movers, 3 different flavors of heli, some chutes and a C-130.

Not hard to do at CLT. It’s one of the worst-connected airports to the highway. Guess I was spoiled growing up near MCO and its near effortless road connections to the highways for the tourists.

Of all the crap Charlotte spends money on, you’d think they’d have gotten serious about a solid road connection to 485. But nope.
 
Yesterday around noon, I heard some helicopters approaching from the direction of Piedmont Triad International.

I walked out on the deck and observed two Marine Corps choppers coming right at me at about 300 agl.

The one in front was a Venom and the one trailing was a Viper.

They flew right over the house. Scared my wife upstairs. She said she thought a big jet was about to crash.

Yeah that was the fourth or fifth time I’ve seen them fly over our house.

It’s strange that they take that flight path ( heading southwest) out of PTIA and stay that low.
 
Also,…there is a father and son who’s maybe 8 or 9 and they are both out here in this field south of 36R taking photos of planes coming in. It’s heartwarming.

I've got a lot of military jets and rotary flying over my house, but when I check my Flightradar24 website, nothing shows up . Suggestions?

Was there a pilot in them? They’ve been known to fly pilotless off the radar

There isn't a national fully integrated network of ADS B/C receivers. These sites mostly rely on folks building their own receivers in exchange for a subscription etc. This is one of the reasons that the various sites can vary on what aircraft they display. Simply put, there may not have been a receiver to receive the transmission from the aircraft to upload it to the site. It could be this or very well as noted they just didn't have it turned on. It isn't a requirement for mil aircraft to transmit ads b/c transmission.
