I'm not exactly sure how this question came up today, but it did so I thought I would throw it out there.

A genie appears and grants you permission from the crown to own only one pistol and you get to carry it anywhere if you want.... but you have to pick from the special genie list. If you try to pick something off list you're branded a moron and have to move to California.

The choices are above, which is your pick and why?

Judge gives more safety and ergonomics. Also, being able to fire both .410 and .45 Colt is a plus as well. Thirdly, I’m betting that holster options are greater with the judge.

This Genie sucks, just saying. This is the bottle Id rub with my luck.
 
Need a "none of the above" option.
 
I went with the Thunderstruck for the following vitally important reasons!!

1) I have a Judge Public Defender and like it, so no need for two!
2)I would be delighted to carry around a Thunderstruck while not being embarrassed in admitting that I actually spent money on it. Being able to say, "Hey, it was free!" would be very liberating with no associated shame!
3)Just being a tool and disrupting the Judge no-hitter with my sac-bunt.

Until this thread I'd never heard of a Thunderstruck. Looks like I don't want to know anymore than I know now.

Your reason 1 doesn’t apply. If you read it states that you were given permission to own ONE pistol.

And, since we're splitting hairs - I said, and I'm quoting, "I have a........" I didn't say I owned one.
 
Any flavor you say? Easy, Taurus Raging Judge in .454 Casull.

On second thought, wonder if that Judge could be converted to a 444? I'd have no real use for it, but it'd make a heck of a fireball at night.

Of those two choices I pick neither and would select the Smith and Wesson Governor.
 
There are probably places in CA that I wouldnt mind living.

Depends.... you did say this one is a gun grabber genie, so critical thinking may preclude thinking everything through....

example:

The question as presented simply gives me a "magic free to carry" pistol, then gives you options of only revolvers....

Im betting this genie flunked out of law school lol.

But, I digress... its all fun for a laugh.
 
Judging by the 4-500 price of each, Id ask the genie if I could could get a different gun in the same price range.
 
I’d take the judge. And then when the genie leaves, list it here for $400 and walk the funds from that transaction over to the gun store and buy a CZ.

The Judge because the S333 is a niche gun that actually doesn’t work that well and I am not in the niche of people it is made for.
